Elder Sylvelt Walker received a new life in Christ
at the early age of eight and also received the precious gift of
the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. At the
age of 15, Elder Walker felt the call of the Lord upon his life to preach
the gospel. He
was invited and preached his first sermon at a small Pentecostal church. Elder
Walker earned his Bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary with a concentration
in Religion, Philosophy and Anthropology from The Catholic University
of America. Elder Walker is attending Regent University Divinity School
working on two master degrees, one in Organizational Leadership, and
the other in Practical Theology with a concentration in Biblical Studies. His
goal is also to complete his doctoral work in Apologetics and
Philosophy at Southern Evangelical Seminary. Elder Walker services

Crusades under the leadership of Dr. Jackie McCullough. Elder Walker
is the Pastor and founder of a small Full Gospel church, “GOLGOTHA
CHURCH ON THE ROCK INC.” The church is connected two fellowship
and overseen by one parent organization, Pentecostal World Fellowship,
Pentecostal Charismatic Church of North America, Inc and the
Solid Rock Full Gospel Baptist Church and affiliated churches International
Inc.. In the summer of 2006 was elevated to the offices of Elder, installed
as Pastor, by his Pastor the Presiding Prelate of the Solid Rock Full
Gospel Baptist Church, and affiliated churches International Inc.,
Bishop Nehemiah Rhinehart. He lives his life by Romans 8:35-39, “Who
shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation,
or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or
sword? As it is written, “For thy sake we are killed all
the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” Nay,
in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved
us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels,
nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate
us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
